It took forever to arrive (ordered 10/21, arrived 11/8...) The outside box is so broken that is barely one piece. 3 out of 4 corners of the table were damaged, and shown what it is truly made of (cardboard composite) imagine what happens when it touches water. NO screws and tools as described in instruction sheet. One bent screw rolling around the box, apparently is falling off from the overall structure. 2 of the wooden legs have major scratches and dents. The overall construction is as durable as a picture frame. It feels like it will collapse in any moment.The price is low for a reason. Save the hassle of returning it and save the UPS guys some effort to move it around. This does not worth considering. Turned out it was great! I put table in kit. a little smaller than stated by less than an inch both ways. It was packed well but a tiny nick got thru the box. Some would send back I did not.I have seen tablesfor $500 that were not as good. Easy to put on legs 15 mins. This is not a heavy duty table so be careful how you handle it when you take it out of box , put legs on and turn it upright. Once its in place it will do the job. Color is closer to black than dark walnut. I would say if want a leave to the grand kids table this is not it, but if you want a table with clean and simple lines that will get the job done this ones for you. |
