24" X 40" professional kitchen island featuring both a granite and end grain work surface and our unique "Chop and Drop" system for sanitary food handling. The "Chop and drop" system consists of a juice groove that channels all liquids through the "Pig Snout" (a cut out in the block surface) into a stainless steel chef pan. This system allows for the collection of juices, the quick storage of prepped meats and vegetables, or the quick and effortless disposal of trimmings and waste.
